Colour Matching PLEASE NOTE These following rules only apply when we are matching to a sample, and we have no formula. Most cars have variants (different versions of the colours listed under the same code) This can only be determined in person with a physical sample. We recommend bringing in a sample. If our colour chips match; the minimum amount for 2K Basecoat, 2K Solid & Acrylic is 250ml or x1 aerosol. Enamel is 1lt. MINIMUM COLOUR MATCHING to SAMPLES AMOUNT (CUSTOM) Minimum colour matching amount is 1lt for all colours. If you wish to purchase aerosols; We will then use paint from that 1lt to put into however many aerosols you require. You keep the remaining paint and can bring back for more aerosols in future if you wish. NO REFUNDS/RETURNS If you have ordered a colour without a sample and the colour is incorrect, we do not offer refunds or returns. You will be charged again if you reorder the colour. ALL COLOUR MATCHES COULD TAKE UP TO 24 HRS Please understand at times we have multiple colour matches on the go. We work as fast as possible. We endeavour to complete your colour as soon as possible. If you are traveling from far, please call ahead. We will not push anyone through the cue. INFORMATION Please provide as much information as possible. Vehicle, model, year code, type of paint you require and gloss level you require. Please leave your name and contact phone number and you will receive a message when your paint is ready. SPRAYOUT CARD All pearls and metallics are recommended to be sprayed out for a more accurate match. You can request a spray out of your colour. All spray outs will incur a $25 fee. Otherwise, the colour match will be “wet off the stick “. PLEASE NOTE: We ensure we do our best to match your colour. Colours cannot be painted edge to edge.
